Where do you get your ideas from?
Thiiiiiiis. There is nothing wrong with ambition. Gryffindor and Hufflepuff you could argue are values-based sortings — bravery and loyalty have to do with what kind of person you are. But cleverness and ambition do not. That a person is clever or ambitious is a completely neutral fact about them, it tells you nothing about whether they are kind or cruel, honest or deceitful, trustworthy or fickle.  That I think I’m more driven than I am courageous, constant or intelligent does not mean that I’m on Team Voldemort, okay? okay.
