Earlier tonight we were watching Jade: Enter and gosh, GOSH, that moment when Bro and Davesprite are totally holding their own against Jack Noir and everything maybe just might turn out okay and then suddenly he shifts and his face elongates and his wings flash into being and then he’s Bec Noir

and Bro and Davesprite are just frozen in place with shock and fear, staring at this new unkillable enemy in front of them.

And then Bec destroying the trolls’ endgame door

and all of it happens as a flow-on from Vriska sending John to sleep while he was helping Jade prototype. So much of Homestuck is about the huge consequences which can come from tiny acts. 

Mostly though oh gosh oh gosh Bro and Davesprite.
